I'm a software engineer working as a full-stack web developer right now, just trying to make it through this world.

a little bio of myself I am from Venezuela, but I have lived in Uruguay since 2016. I began programming, or more specifically, software engineering, as soon as I moved here since I started college.

My first job was as a full-stack developer with the MERN stack. I struggled at first, but through persistence I ended up being one of the top devs in the company. That's when I became obsessed with getting better: at code, at process, at everything.

From there I built my own e-commerce business with my girlfriend, switch jobs into an startup agency providing custom website developing using Webflow as our big partner. Grew into a Tech Lead, and eventually into an Engineering Manager leading distributed teams across enterprise clients. Somewhere along the way the job stopped being just about writing code and started being about building the systems and teams that make great software possible.

I stopped writing a long time ago, i want reconnect with this.
